NEW UPDATES!!!

Here is a page that can become a chat room for discussion on our newest cuusoo project!
this is a trade federation MTT from episode I in star wars.
here are some images to share with you now.

This is the main model, a few other things may be designed to come along
with it. (click on the image to view larger.)
or click on this link to see the official project!

This is the rack that the droids fold up and hang on.
As you can see, it's the most realistic droid storage rack yet!
this will connect to an extendable arm in the front so it can shoot out the
front and deploy the troops.

The skiff below can also carry 6 droids into battle, adding to the intensity of the model.
and it can slide into the door in the back of the MTT!

In the side compartments in the back Qui-gon and Obi-wan can hide to get out
of the droid command craft. these spaces also double as command centers.

Here is an image of all the doors opened up. (click image for bigger size.)

And now, here is the new droidika model I worked very hard on to perfect.
and yes, it does roll up really nicely!

Droidika as compared to minifigure.

ROLLED UP!

  1. New Update!!!
I just gathered up the pieces and built a prototype of the droidikae featured above. It really works! The whole thing folds up real nicely.

  3. That's a pretty good idea, seeing as I am looking for a good topic to run another tutorial for. I will look into it, but note, if I do create a tutorial for this model, the colors would nopt be completeley correct, the image above shows just about how accurate my prototype could be color wise.

P.S. what is your cuusoo username?

P.S. Don't worry i don't think people will worry about the colours, it's way too cool

  5. I have my own design for the rack that uses the droids blasters and the socket in their backs to attach them to the rack in a way that looks like they are hanging. Might want to use something like that instead.

    1. Of course, what you have also is good. This just might be able to hold more droids.
