Lego hobbit coming next year!

Well, I was pretty happy to see Lego finally wised up and made Lord of the rings themed Legos. But grieved at the prices. I hope the prices for the HOBBIT legos are better. Anyways, I did a little research and found an image of what looks like it could be the first set. If it is, Congrats lego!
